Henry County authorities are investigating a pair of thefts from the Church of Peace, located at 28358 N. 900 Ave., Kewanee.
The first theft occurred sometime between Wednesday, July 31 and Thursday, August 1, 2013. Two very large copper-colored planters and a white concrete bench were taken.
The second theft occurred sometime between Thursday, September 26 and Saturday, September 28, 2013. The compressors were removed from two large outside air conditioning units. Wires and copper lines were also cut.
Both of these thefts may have required more than one suspect to lift and load the items that were removed.

The Geneseo Police Department is investigating the thefts of electronic equipment from the IDC Tech Center in Geneseo, IL. Shortly after 2:00 PM on Monday, July 29, 2013, two subjects entered the store. One was a white male wearing a white t-shirt with a dark colored design on the front, with blonde or light colored hair cut short in a buzz cut type haircut. This suspect is shown below on the left as Suspect #1. The other subject was also a white male, wearing a long sleeved shirt, with a large build, short dark hair, and a full dark colored beard. This suspect is shown below on the right as Suspect #2.
Suspect #1 engaged the clerk in conversation, providing a distraction for Suspect #2, who began to walk around the store. Taking advantage of the distraction, Suspect #2 then placed a Nexus Tablet under his shirt and walked out of the store, followed by the first suspect. They may have left in a pickup truck.
Suspect #2 had been previously recorded on surveillance cameras and was possibly involved in another theft at the same store over the winter where a Toshiba computer was taken. On that occasion Suspect #2 was wearing a stocking cap and a brown winter jacket, as shown in the second image below..

THIS FUGITIVE HAS BEEN APPREHENDED
As a result of an investigation in Geneseo, IL, authorities are seeking any information on the location of Jeffrey Ryan Blunk, a fugitive shown in the picture below. Blunk is described as a white male, 23 years old, 5 ft 7 inches tall, 140 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last known to be living in the Geneseo area, although he was last seen in Milan, IL on July 27, 2013 . He may also have shaved his head to alter his appearance.
On July 25, 2013 a search warrant was executed at 517 East Park St in Geneseo, IL by the Geneseo Police Department, assisted by the Henry County Special Operations Squad, Henry County Sheriff’s Department, Sterling Area Meth Lab Response Team, Black Hawk Task Force and the Geneseo Fire Department. Arrested as a result of that search warrant were Paula Blunk, described as Jeffrey’s mother, and Alexis Wyffels, all on drug charges related to Methamphetamine. Jeffrey Blunk was not present at the time of the search and has eluded efforts to locate him since that time.
A nationwide arrest warrant has been issued for Jeffrey Ryan Blunk on charges related to this case, and there are other warrants also on file for him.
