Pair of Fugitives Sought on Henry County Warrants

Police are seeking the public’s help in finding two fugitives who are wanted in connection with a robbery in Colona, IL.

On February 27, 2015, a Colona resident was robbed by what were described as two males who fled in a tan or gold, 1990’s to 2000’s, Honda Accord 4 door. The suspects took the victim’s wallet and cell phone. Although no weapons were involved, the suspects did use physical force against the victim. The suspects fled the Colona area and were believed to be headed toward Moline, IL.

Investigation of this crime identified the suspects as Mark S. Anthony, 23 years old, 5 ft. 10 in. tall, 165 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes, and Victor A. Salazar, 18 years old, 5 ft. 9 in. tall, 160 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. Both suspects were last known to have lived in the Moline area. Unfortunately, no photos of these suspects are available.

Warrants were issued on March 26, 2015 in Henry County Court for both suspects on Robbery charges. If you know the location of these fugitives, do not approach them yourself. Fugitive Sought on Drug Charges

As a result of an investigation in Geneseo, IL, authorities are seeking any information on the location of Jeffrey Ryan Blunk, a fugitive shown in the picture below. Blunk is described as a white male, 23 years old, 5 ft 7 inches tall, 140 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last known to be living in the Geneseo area, although he was last seen in Milan, IL on July 27, 2013 . He may also have shaved his head to alter his appearance.

On July 25, 2013 a search warrant was executed at 517 East Park St in Geneseo, IL by the Geneseo Police Department, assisted by the Henry County Special Operations Squad, Henry County Sheriff’s Department, Sterling Area Meth Lab Response Team, Black Hawk Task Force and the Geneseo Fire Department. Arrested as a result of that search warrant were Paula Blunk, described as Jeffrey’s mother, and Alexis Wyffels, all on drug charges related to Methamphetamine. Jeffrey Blunk was not present at the time of the search and has eluded efforts to locate him since that time.

A nationwide arrest warrant has been issued for Jeffrey Ryan Blunk on charges related to this case, and there are other warrants also on file for him.
